A daily puzzle for South African learners. You get 16 tiles that hide four groups of four, and four tries to find them all. Every tile comes from the CAPS syllabus, so it doubles as revision.

So the puzzle only uses work you have already been taught. A Grade 10 board can pull from Grade 8, 9 or 10, but never from Grade 11 or 12. Pick the grade you are in now, not the one you are heading for.

Yes, and there is no sign-up. Your grade, your streak and your part-finished board are stored in your own browser, not on our servers, so clearing your browser data clears them.

It works the same way: 16 tiles, four hidden groups, four tries. The difference is what is on the tiles. Everything here comes from South African school subjects, and when you finish, each group links to the past papers for that subject.

It helps with recall, which is what most of the short questions in a paper test. It is not a substitute for working through a past paper. That is why the end of every puzzle points you at one.
